This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport. Participants, except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Korea, should apply for a Korean visa and should receive a Korean visa in their countries prior to departure.
Please visit “Visa Navigator” below to check whether a visa is required. Participants who have to receive the invitation letters to issue their visa, please contact the secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org) after payment for registration fee.
K-ETA is mandatory for nationals from visa-free entry countries who enter Korea without a visa.
You should apply for the K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea.
You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).
