Many of the attendees will arrive from abroad, and KSERS 2024’s goal is to make your entire experience as hassle-free and rewarding as possible. The following is for you to prepare your trip to Korea. To register, please go to the online registration system.
Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter will be sent by the Congress President of KSERS 2024 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must first complete the registration process.
* Please note that KSERS 2024 will not issue guarantee letters under any circumstances to participants for visa purposes. If you need any other documents, please contact the Secretariat (info@ksers.org)
Visa
All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport. Participants, except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Korea, should apply for a Korean visa and should receive a Korean visa in their countries prior to departure.
Please visit “Visa Navigator” below to check whether a visa is required. Participants who have to receive the invitation letters to issue their visa, please contact the secretariat (info@ksers.org) after payment for registration fee.
Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
K-ETA is mandatory for nationals from visa-free entry countries who enter Korea without a visa. You should apply for the K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).
K-ETA requirement will be exempted for ages 17 years old and under, and 65 years old and above (Starting from July 3, 2023).
K-ETA will be temporarily exempted to the 22 countries/regions from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 (KST).
